The assessment of the findings of a patient suffering from chronic Bronchitis are discussed below-

1)  Cardiac assessment findings -

  • In chest X-Ray some abnormalities are found- ( Like enlargement of heart )
  • Difficulty in heart rate
  • Difficulty in rhythm of heart rate
  • Kussumal type of breathing can be seen

2) Respiratory assessment findings -

  • Difficulty in breathing pattern
  • On auscultation abnormal lung sound like wheeze, rhonchi is present
  • Dyspnia is present but not prominent in resting possition
  • Abnormal respiratory rate is present
  • There is an abnormal colour & quantity in sputum production..
