The two current challenges in nursing include meeting the expectations of the patient who are from diverse culture , speaking different languages and having different norms. Having yo work too much due to the shortage of staff as the hospitals try to cut back their expenses. Furthering our education (BSN) will enable us to build upon our personal nursing legacy in meeting these types of challenges as we will learn the different cultures and be more patient centered. Will will learn about our rights as a healthcare nurse staff and duties as well. Hence we will balance the issues of work overload.
