Non-infectious disease due to different factors that contribute to the health risk of the person. It is most commonly seen among the travellers. It is more important in assessing the health risk assessment of travellers and to develop pre traveller advice. It increases the morbidity rate together with other underlying condition such as chronic disease and cardiac conditions.

For Ex: Coronary heart disease increases the risk of asthma. This occurs due to adverse health effects of air pollution. It increases in prevalence in the United ststes where the air quality has been improved.
