1.1gram of protein give 4 kcal energy.so 6 gram give _ 24 kcal energy.fat give 9 kcal / Gram and 25 to 30 percentage of total body energy intake.fat are made-up of glycerol and fatty acid. After digestion fat give glycerol and fatty acid . fatty acid are to type assantial and nonassantial fatty acid. Assantial fatty acid are - alpha linoic acid and linoic acid . Nonassantial fatty acids are - sterioc and and palmitic acid etc. Plant source of fat - unsaturated fat are - fruit,seeds ,nut, vagitabals . Animal sources of fat 1 . Monosaturated - olive oil ,avocado.2 polysaturated - sunflower soya,corn etc. Indirect high source is - olestra , snacks chips crisps.etc. 2 .Vitamin and mineral not give any energy.3. water is not give any energy direct source of water is oral intake Water ,IV line fluid . hidden source is metabolic water by metabolism of carbohydrates fat and protein .
