If I were working for Fakih making a substantial amount of money and enjoying the work environment, I would not immediately quit if I became aware fraudulent activity was occurring but my job didn't directly participate in the illegal acts. I would do so to report the fraudulent activity to my supervisor, ensure that honest work culture is promoted in this organization and the organization is not ruined.

This organization is known for the work-life balance and I would ensure as an employee that the brand image of this organization is not tarnished. I will make all efforts to continue my job and restore an honest work culture.
