Sign and symptoms depends upon causative organisms responsible for infections. Every infections disease has specific signs & symptoms.

Sign - It is any objective evidence of disease detect by observer , physician or nurse.

Symptoms - It is subjective evidence of disease noted or feels by patient itself or what the patient tells to nurse or physician.

SIGN INCLUDES - fever, malaise ( it may in form of discomfort or uneasiness) , jaundice or icterus( yellow discolouration of skin , mucous membrane or sclera of eye.) , Diarrhea.

In case of diarrhea it depends on its severity i.e in chronic diarrhea it may be symptom of bowel disease and in severe diarrhea it can be sign of intestinal disorder.

SYMPTOMS INCLUDE-- pain ( felt by patient).
