Mr.John Wright was a tough man , not giving impotance to wife and made her feel lonely and made her unhappy.

Mrs. Wright ( Minnie Foster) lively happy girl singing in local choir but changed after her marriage. She became unhappy and forlorn

According to Mrs .Hale , Mrs. Wright was very cheerful, sweet girl and was singing in choir before her marriage but everything changed after her marriage. She became a timid, unhappy woman. Mrs.Peters did not grow up in the neighborhood of Mrs. Wright. Mrs.Hale tells Mr.Wright was crushing the happiness of Mrs.Wright.

Mr.Wright was a hard, arrogant person not caring for his wife. He made her feel lonely and also he didnot like her singing for local choir. He crushed all her happiness and made her a unhappy woman.He didnot appreciated her works.
