TYPES OF MANAGED CARE PLANS:-
(i) Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO):-
-these plans usually only pay for care within the network.
-in this You choose a primary care doctor who coordinates most of your care.

(ii)Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO):-
- these plans usually pay more if someone get care within the network.
- These are still pay part of the cost if you go outside the network.

(iii)Point of Service (POS):-
-these plans let you choose between an HMO or a PPO each time whenever you need care.
