Pluralism is the greatest philosophical ideal of our time

Pluralism can be best defined as accepting or respecting the policy and beliefs of different religions coexisting at a particular place together. Although history shows that this never happened. The major religion or the one in power always tried to opress the minority belief system. Pluralism is a great philosophical ideal as it binds the society with varied norms together. Secularism is an outcome of Pluralism as it grants full right to all communities to practise and profess his/her religion freely.
