Based on the clinical history and the laboratory results the physician would likely expect swelling, pain , numbness , discoloration in the arms or legs, breathing difficulties, sweating, chest pain,fever, diarrhea, dizziness, nausea.

1.platelet Neutralization procedure

2.Anticardiolipin test

The laboratory test confirms the presence of a lupus coagulant when the prolonged APTT is not corrected when mixed with plasma and that is neutralized by preincubation with platelets.
