To prepare for a presentation with the aim of communicating skills , policies, and practices of the organisation to the range of audience the worker should first be aware about the organisation, its value, its motive and the practices. That is the first step toward making a presentation.
once the worker knows the value , motive, and practices then the worker must understand where things are lacking , and try to improve the part where it is lacking.
The worker should talk to a few people from the same organisation and then take valuable points from others too into the presentation.
The worker should make a presentation that includes all kinds of communication skills, from Listening, Non- Verbal Communication, Friendliness, open minded-ness, clarity in speech and information, Empathy, Respect and feeedback.
