Staff moved patient closer to the nurse station for continue monitoring mean that during patient care nurse brings patient to nurse station for further possible selection of goals or plans to improve health or to rehabilitate. Nurse have to check all possible solutions that helps in treatment after that she go for implementation. For this procedure staff brings patient closure to nurse station for further treatment and checked all possibilities to be implement and the selected solutions applied at right time that is much more helpful in curing patient. All selected plans simply applied and essential reports are collected. Patient condition improved after this procedure.
