An ethics committie is a body responsible for ensuring that medical experimentation and human subject research are carried out in an ethical manner in accordance with national and international law.The main role of the ethics committie is to set and oversee the rules for a company's behaviour.The ultimate responsiblity of a research comittie is to protect potential participants in the research ,but also benefits for the community in which the research will be carried out.The main role in research ethics committie goal is to promote high ethical standers in research for health.

A variety of organizations create ethics comittiees to oversee compliance with the rules of conduct ,standers and policies that guide the company .An ethics committiee can serve a number of roles consisting of a range of responsibilities but must follow a basic premise.
