2)vit.B12 deficiency - decreased reticulocyte count. As vit.B12 is required for reticulocyte formation.

3) heavy smoking - reticulocyte is decreased.

4) living in high altitude - reticulocyte count is increased. As partial pressure of oxygen decrease and deman of rbc is increased.

5)bone marrow failure - reticulocyte count is decreased. As bone marrow is unable to produce reticulocyte.
