Hearing

  • During physicals the patient may speak very loudly,leaning forward towards the speaker,turning head to a side presence if any earwax
  • Assessing using the tuning fork
  • Audiometer testing
  • The treatment are removal of any earwax, Eustachian tube placement on case of infection with oral antibiotics , hearing aids and cochlear implants

Vision

  • Physical examination
  • Eye examination :Vidion acquity test
  • Removal of the cause like surgical interventions in case of cataract, power glasses,pressire treatment in case of glaucoma ,etc.,

Pain

  • General examination
  • Using pain analogue scale to assess pain level
  • X ray to rule out any fracture
  • DEXA to rule out any bone disorder causing pain
  • The treatment are rest ,diversions therapy and administration of analgesics
