A physician in your group frequently does not input patient notes immediately after seeing the patient as required by hospital policy. In your large facility this disrupts patient flow as they travel from department to department. As the lead HIS individual you must speak to this physician and help him understand the importance of inputting notes quickly, and how slow entry disrupts the facility flow.
