Forming a task force is very important in an organization to solve a problem. In medical office a task force usually consist of physician, nurse, medical assistant and office manager.

When a task of a patient administration and treatment is considered, all these people are required to work as a task force in the treatment of that patient. Doctors are required in diagnosis and nurses are required for taking care of the patient and medical assistant and office managers are required for miscellaneous other important work.
