Being a nurse is a very difficult task because you have to have knowledge of medicine and yet with patience to deal with patient.

Hardwork that a nurse does is very hard to beat as nurse need to tackle with each and every patient differently. They are the ones that build relationships with patient and generally be them strength to survive in hospital. They talk to them when they need someone to talk to and support them. They need to watch every single moment as in medicine anything can happen any minute and if anything happens nurse would be responsible for it

So, pressure of being perfect and yet not getting the recognition that a nurse deserve is very tough combination and that is why nursing is viewed as a unique health care profession.
