United States is one of the developed country having all resources but still it does not stand number one in the healthcare sector .Here the healthcare cost spent by a sick individual can be very higher compared to other OECD countries. This makes the people to not afford healthcare services. Still there is lack of insurance coverage to most because of various reasons making them to stand back in the healthcare sector. Some of the fundamental things they can learn from rest of the world are

  • Universal health coverage ,an insurance system which provides insurance for all irrespective of any background
  • The primary care in US has to be broadened
  • The social services as to be improved and increased
  • The payment system should be standardized.
