Healthcare system under affordable care act will affect the lifestyle in many ways, people will be aware of the adverse effects of the junk foods as well as they will be more concern about the healthy lifestyle. People will concentrate on the positive aspects of the health care system, as they have to manage everything in their life. This act includes the penalty on smoking, so people do not want to waste their money in giving fines. There will be much awareness among people as individuals will want to take a hard look at their own wellness and if possible, adopt wellness behaviors to prevent or decrease lifestyle related chronic diseases.
