Admit to floor or discharge to home

As soon as a patient enters the Emergency department the triage nurse attends the patient followed by the assigned nurse physician.. This should happen in less than 30 minutes depending upon the patients conditions. Simultaneously a person must meet the receptionist and register the patient .This can be followed by doing a lab or imaging services. Finally patient has to be admitted or discharged as per the physician order after seeing the report or as per the patient status.
