Ans is A - Vit D

For this i llike to explain you Calcium metabolism and I l also tell other factors affecting calcium absorption

whenever level of calcium decreases in blood there is secretion of PARATHORMONE which helps in last stage of synthesis of Vit D which then does two things to increase blood Calcium level.

1) RELEASE OF CALCIUM FROM BONES

2) INCREASE IN ABSORPTION OF CALCIUMFROM SMALL INTESTI E.

# Now talking about factor decreasing calcium absorption are

1) Phytic acid (Present in upper coating of wheat - so calciumdeficiency chance increase in people consuming whole wheat items)

2) Malabsorption diseases like coeliac disease.
