At will -employment is a term used in US labor law for contractual relationships in which an employee can be dismissed by an employer for any reason and without warning as long as the reason is not illegal.

Yes employement at will is fair.

This policy is fair as it works for both the sides.

Employee can quit the job if they feel employer is not fulfilling the demands as promised or the job satisfaction is not there in the employment.

Employer can also fire the employee if the person is not fruitful to the organization.

Both the sides this policy is extremly fair and balanced it used in the true senses, but rights of the employee and employer should not be violated for implementation of this policy.
