Nurse are the heart of patient care.They come in direct contact with patients throughout their duty.They have a clear knowledge and skills in handling different types of patients vwith varying acute to chronic illness. They are the one who can study the patients and make accurate health policy.

Nurse regulators are the one who does this they make policy in patient care in legislation.They should have a advanced knowledge on technologies, system think and practical experience of patients with chronic long term illnesses.

Hence who has these experience can shape public policy.
