The children at the age of 10 to 13 years are growing and its one of the right time to introduce them to the life saving methods like CPR and first aid.This can benefit themselves and others as well.

The time frame required for them is at least 1-3 months period weekly twice to thrice a time.

They have to be taught practically on a mannequin as well as practice on each other during training.This will make them confident to perform and rectify their mistake.

They will have a desire to learn when they understand its importance.

It should be taught simply and easily.
