Such care plans include checking of adverse effects of radiation treatment such as fatigue, sore throat, dry cough, nausea, etc. The patient need to be taken care of in regard of bone marrow suppression, nausea and vomiting, alopecia, weight gain or loss, fatigue, stomatitis, anxiety, and depression, as a result of chemotherapy.
