• Increased work pressure by new change
• The financial resources of the healthcare organization

2.Some of the ways it can affect all department are

• Raising a quality issues due to new task and change
• Risk for error due to quantitative increase in patient t diagnosis
• Fear on the payment if these new method is inculcated to practice

3.Some of things which can be done to address these issues are

• Conducting a staff meeting to clarify and rectify their doybts
• Explain the plan superficially to gain cooperation and support to the organization
• Adequate training program to be conducted regularly to improve quality in work
