The disparity in the incidence and prevalence of various disease has been very common among different races and ethinic and socioeconomic backgrounds.This disparity may exist due to many possible reasons. Difference in the socioeconomic backgrounds lead to those who belong to lower socioeconomic group to have less access to health care,inability to higher quality health care .These individuals may even be more exposed to harmful environmental conditions.Different ethinic and racial groups have different health beliefs and many ethinic groups consider disease as god's wish and hence do not reach for the available treatment.Education levels of various individuals may affect their lifestyles and hence those with lower education level may ignore their health.
