you will reflect on your experiences what was your favorite activity, what was your least favorite activity? How do you feel the discussion boards increased your comprehension of weekly objectives? What do you think could be improved?

As a nurse my favorite activity was preward rounds where I lead the post-graduation students of medicine, nursing as well as pharmacy and explored my passion of teaching as well as service. Then my least favorite activity was giving black marks for subordinates on medication errors for which my post was obligated. Discussion boards actually helped not only me, but also many aspirants as it shed light on the pre-requisites for the schedule of posting and practice. The pre-tabulated case sheets and laboratory investigations were different for each specialty wards and postings of the students were as different schedules for which I was able to design the same because of good discussion boards.
