*educate the parents about the behaviour of the children with autism like little eye contact and few facial exxpressions,lack of enjoyment,express no moods or emotional affect and cannot engage in play or believe with toys.

*The goal of treatment of children with autism are to reduce behavioural symptoms and to promote learning and development(acquisition of language skills).

*encourage the parents to prefer special education and language therapy for child with autism.

*support the parents that the child can able to communicate normally with others.

*Instruct the parents to adhere to the medications and regular follow up of child.
