It reports that by 2030 there will be raise of aging population roughly by 25%.This means the care to be provided will increase having a direct effect on health care industry. The Medicare and Medicaid services provided to them will gradually increase, causing the government yo spend more..These population may be more affected with cognitive illness.

The health care administrator can make plans on the insurance policies, improving long term care program, health educating public about taking care of their old aged parents,increasing support system, improving and increasing home care.
