Answer - Some patient cannot take deep breath reagulary with incentive spirometer due to severe pain, diaphragmatic dysfunctions.

- Bronchospasm may occur.

- sometime patient feel hyperventilate Due to use with improper techniques.

- Aggressive use of incentive spirometer cause lung collapse or damage.

-sometime patient block the mouthpiece of incentive spirometer with their tongue.

- Patient may feel Dizziness sometimes.

- Patient sometimes unable to take deep breath, hold or exhel, when he do same coughing may occur.
