The professional nursing is a field of healthcare in which people have passion towards the others for doing their health . In this profession the schedule is very flexible and their are diverse opportunities to work on different work places , high demand of this profession make the nursing very benificial as it support a person very efficiently.

The professional nursing is associated with the honesty and the ethical standards and this is a advantage of this profession that nurse is not commited just as a profession but they build the trust and work emotionally .

The state level regulations are really very important as it make possible the safety and competancy of the nursing practice , these regulations maintain the outcomes and the sevices regarding healthcare that would be provided and these regulation maintain the difference and regulate the nursing as profession or individual nursing practice .
