In order to verify the person who is speaking on the phone is Ms. Van Arsdale, the nurse may ask some basic question to her to conform that it is Ms. Arsdale. Some basic questions like asking her date of birth and asking her address details and even asking her diagnosed condition would help to verify the actual person. In some cases, if the client had paid the bill and if they had the issued bill number it will be easier to verify the person. By these way we can verify Ms. Van Arsdale.
