*When patient is in a state of DO NOT RESUSCITATE,as a basic life support oxygen administration is compulsory.

*It is not legal to wean off the oxygen even patient is unresponsive to the treatment.

*Patient need to get the oxygen administration as an extension of lifesaving treatment.

*At the end-of-life care all the patients deserve cardiac compression,oxygenation,mechanical ventilation and defibrillation as a supportive care irrespective of DNR status.
