What is the justification for requiring everyone (all those who can afford it) to purchase a minimum level of health insurance? ( 300 words )
The justification for requiring everyone (all those who can afford it) to purchase a minimum level of health insurance includes the fact that the “free riders” should pay their share. This will lead to a reduction of the economic liability on the country to provide health care to people. People who can afford to pay should buy an insurance and the economic liability on the country should decrease, so that people who are unable to pay to get the health coverage through government and there should be no unnecessary burned on the country leading to equal access of healthcare to all sections of the society.
