Adult stem cells or somatic cells are one which has the ability to produce new cells after the death of particular cells. It has the ability to even regenerate the entire organ. The research is carried in this which can be life saving procedure if an entire organ is developed through this method.

The Catholics do not encourage embryonic stem cells research in view of killing a life if privuded the right environment to grow. The same Catholics highly support the adult stem cell research as a method to save lives. It takes the stand that if this is done , it can bring a proper remedy for many illness in the future and protect the life.It is considered saving lives as their chief goal
