Rather then responding appropriately to signals that lead to normal growth of the cell and cell division, cancer cells has uncontrollable growth and there are several reasons for that.

1) Mutation in cyclin and CDKs that control the cell cycle and normal division will lead to the disturbed cell cycle that results in uncontrollable gowith of the cell.

2) Mutation in apoptotic pathway that controls the death of the normal cell and as a result, it WI lead to uncontrolled growth of cell.

3) Mutation in tumor suppressor genes that results in uncontrolled growth of genes.

4) Mutation in the proto oncogenes that results in oncogene and that contributes to cancer.
