• Analgesics to control pain

Usually medications like NSAIDS should be avoids because it may slow the bone healing process

• Anti inflammatory drugs to prevent swelling

2)The following follow up can be done

• Health education on splint and its management
• Avoid using contraceptive as migraine is a side effect of it
• Health educating her about the harmful effects of contraceptive medicine at this age.
• Proper follow up in fracture clinic
• A nutritional diet for speedy recovery
• Proper rest
• Elevation of limb to avoid swelling
• Encouraging Finger movements
• Report if unbearable pain or cyanosis of finger
