Inadequate Funding i.e. lack of financial resources

Lack of Leadership for coordinating the effective strategic planning

Communication barrier amongst the members of the team.

This differs from the general business world as an effective strategic planning in a business world involves the launching of a product or service to make financial gains which can be forecasted effectively and managed. However, in the case of healthcare, we are dealing with humans and we cannot consider them as mere customers and clients we have to be more sensitive to their issues and the outcome is very unpredictable as the health of a person is dependent on many factors, not just one.
