What environmental changes can the patient take to improve his/her breathing? When these methods do not improve the patient's condition, what other treatment options would you suggest?

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways .The allergic reaction in the airways caused by the precipitant can result in an immediate reaction with obstruction occuring and it can result in a late bronchial obstructive reaciomnseveral hours after the initial exposure to the precipitant.Mast cell releaseof histamine leads to bronchospasm and obstruction.Avoid extremes of environmental temperatures and exposure to individuals with respiratory infections.Measures to eliminate environmental allergens and steam therapy along with exercises.Whem remedial measures are in effective the treatment options are used for quick relief are:medications like crticosteriods ,antiallergy medications,monoclonal antibody and so on .The other options are chest physiotherapy.
