Various enzymes and mechanism involved in order to invade microorganisms in the body are

1)

lysosomal enzymes which is present in tears, salivary enzyme which contain ptyline and skin acts as a first line defence in order to protect the body against microorganisms...

Mechanism involved in invading is ciliary mechanism.

Another way of getting rid of microorganisms is production of antibodies against the antigen which is present on microorganisms by B lymphocytes cells. These antibodies are called as immunoglobulins.

Inflammatory cells like neutrophils, esonophils and macrophages causes inflammatory reaction inside body against microorganisms with help of opsonisation and complement system activation to ged rid of microorganisms.
