First, based upon the AHA guidelines, describe two actions, when implemented, can improve acute stroke care. Second, identify two interprofessional team members, who together with the RN, can assist in improving the outcomes for the client who has suffered an acute stroke.

Accordinding to AHA we can extend the time limit of selected patients for clot removal (6 to 24 hours of stroke).

We can perform thrombectomy to the eligible patients(6 to 16 hours after stroke).

By following this 2 interventions we can improve health status of the patient who suffering from stroke.

Interpersonal team members include doctor,neurology specialist or general physician. And the nurse ,physiotherapist these health care providers are important to improve outcome of the patient.

The doctor decides the treatment, nurse follows doctor advice ,physiotherapy improves outcome by providing excercise , movement.
