Informed consent is one of the most problematic situations for nurse as far as ethical dilemma is concerned. Patient should know about his conditiona from the nurses and doctors as well.

When end of life situation is the scenario where it creates etgical dilemma for nurses as nurses are not ready tk have this discussion with patient and when patient asks about his/her medical condition, nurse should tell and if nurse can't tell patient or family member then this creates an ethical dilemma for a nurse.
