  • As hospitals can be with diverse patient the nurses should be culturally competent and the nurse manger should train them accordingly
  • They should ensure the nurses are retained with the organization for a longer period ,This can minimise unnecessary expenditure to an organisation in recruiting new staffs and thus time saving
