Answer: R0 is defined as the number of secondary cases that are produced by a single infection in a susceptible population. SI is the number of susceptible infected in a population.

Answer: The concept of sensitivity in the investigation of COVID 19 is the ability of a test to identify correctly the presence of COVID 19 in the patient and specificity means the ability to correctly identify that the disease is not present of COVID 19 disease. The sensitivity is the true positive rate where it shows the number of persons who are infected with COVID 19. The specificity is the true negative rate where it shows the number of individuals who are healthy and do not infect with COVID 19. They are opposite to one another. This will help to identify the percentage of infected cases in a population.
