Clinical microbiology is an important branch of microbiology in healthcare system. Clincal micrbiology is help in identifing the disease causing organisms in human and identifing the pathogenisity, mode of exposure and growth of those organisms in human body. Through the diagnostic test we can identify those organisams. Clinical micrbiology also helps to identifing the effectiveness of diffrent drug groups against a specific pathogen present in the patient. Those sensitivity tests will help the doctor to prescribe proper medication to treat the infection.

So clinical microbiology is heping a nurse to identifing and determining proper treatment as well as proper precausions taken to prevent the spread. Unlike medical microbiology clinical microbiology mainly focuses on the study about the microbes causes diseases in human.
