Describe how your view of public health (concept, a chapter, a topic) that has or has not changed?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Public health can be defined as the health of the population as a whole as monitored, regulated, and promoted by the state/government.

The view of public health in certain ways has changed and in certain ways hasn't. For example public health now has become more inclusive as well as structured and programmed carrying out tasks like awareness about health issues, diagnosis and investigation of health problems in community, developing and supporting policies and plans that support community health etc.

What has changed in view and also in reality that public health still isnt accessible to everyone. The rift between the classes still exists and that needs to be changed.
