Any unfair action done in favour for attaining an aim in academic circumstance is academic misconduct. When an unqualified individual using any illegal ways to attain the qualification may not be practising good nursing professional skills which may end up in complications to the patients.

Professionalism is practising the skills in an effective and productive manner to meet or succeed any circumstance .Professionalism is very needed in nursing practice for following ethical standards and take nursing skills to another level for its improvement.

Integrity is being true to the profession and following moral standards in practising the skills.Nursing profession needs honesty in practising and also use moral standards to overcome any difficult situation.
