Answer #1

There should be an effective communication will develop between patient and physician to provide effective care to the patient. Through proper communication only we can identify the problems and defects of the patient and implement appropriate interventions.

The manner or type of communication between a patient and physician should be therapuetic one. Which means the communication focus on the needs of patient to attain the health and physician is to help the patient to attain good health. There is no casual communications in the therapuetic communication. Because the communication between them changes from therapeutic may lead to mis understandings and other relationships between them more than a therapeutic relation. It will negatively affect the implementations of intervention and health improvement of patient.
